After searching for an affordable smog place, and something close to home...I decided to give Tri-City Smog a try. I was there on Saturday, super early because I wanted to try and be the first customer so I wouldn't have to wait...Sure enough, I was. Mark was very helpful and friendly. No more than 15 minutes later, my car was done. Well, it didn't pass. Mark felt bad, but gave me all the information I needed. It was a very small issue with the ignition timing and I needed to get it fixed before it would pass. It sucked that I had to pay for a failed test, but hey...its his way of living. But, my highlight of the visit, besides the friendliness, was Mark's wife! She was there early in the morning, decorating the waiting area, making the space feel more cozy and friendly. She is super nice, friendly and overall such a great person. She felt bad for my failed test, and hated the fact that I had to spend more money. Well, I got my issue fixed, came back almost at closing time, Mark took me right in, BUT first he re-checked the issue to make sure it was fixed. He was done in 15 minutes. Got my paperwork, and told me to call him If I had any other questions. I will make sure to keep bring my vehicles and I will make sure to let my friends and family know about Tri-City Smog.
