Smog Check Vista

I have gone to the Oceanside facility several times now, and every time the gentleman that works that site is happy and helpful. Highly recommend this spot!

I've been going here for the past 5 years, the service is great, Mark is kind and considerate.

First timer new from Oregon. The guy was quick, friendly, and professional. Used a 20% off coupon available from their website.

If I could add more stars than five, I would at least double it. This place never ceases to impress me. Just when I think there is no way for Mark to do better, there he is doing better. Pulled in and there were no cars there lined up yet (recommend a reservation, I got lucky). Mark remembered me from my past visits (I think I am up to five in the past years) and appreciates great reviews. He got us in and out in about 15 minutes. He gave me a quick class on the DMV renewel process since the directions they provide are different than what you can actually do (on-line process). My wife does not mind coming with me to the shop because of Mark's friendly attitude and he keeps the reception area neat and clean. Keep up the great work.

I was getting close to the deadline on getting my car smogged and called Tri City to see how late they were open. Just my luck, they were closing in two minutes. The gentleman on the phone asked me how close I am and how long it would take me to get there. I told him 10 minutes and he said c'mon over. So 10 minutes later I was there and he gladly smogged my car, which was a quick and painless process, and I was ready to hit the road again. He was also nice and informative about any questions I had. Great technical service ,as well as great customer service, plus being willing to stay past closing on a Friday equals a five star in my book. I had been there once before to get my Fiancee's car smogged a couple of years ago and the service was great as well.

Very nice guy that does the test, $5 dropped out when he opened my door and I wasn't around and he still brought the bill to me. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I went to get a retest smog today because it had previously failed. This place was close to the house to decided to give it a try. It was the best, easiest, painless 15 minutes of my life. The tech was very friendly and I usually dread these types of things but it was a breeze. It is a little pricey (about the 60$) range but thats usually the range from what I here from Test-Only Stations.

Service was great. My car has issues with 2nd gear slipping out and they went the extra mile to help my car pass. I am SO glad I went to Tri-City Smog!!
